Job Summary
Salesforce We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Admin to join our dynamic team, tasked with optimizing back-end processes, automating workflows, and ensuring robust code-writing standards. This role involves creating custom user experiences, developing a component library for scalable feature delivery, and leading a team of developers in integrating Salesforce with other systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in global-scale feature launches, maintaining products, and driving quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and automate repetitive Salesforce workflows.
  • Build and optimize a component library to support scalable custom feature development.
  • Lead and elevate a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to produce exemplary work.
  • Design and implement new global initiatives while providing ongoing user support.
  • Partner with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution consulting.

Must-Have Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, and third-party integration tools.
  • Leadership experience in designing, automating, and supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.

Industry Experience:

  • Prior experience in cloud platforms with a keen understanding of AWS technologies is preferred.
