Role: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Location:
Dallas, TX(Remote)

Work according to CST time zone.

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer to help build out a new Service Cloud Lightning deployment for a complex contact centre operation (600+ agents). You'll work directly with the business, own your work end-to-end, and deliver solutions that make our agents faster and more effective.

You don't need to be an expert in everything — but strength in
two or more areas
like
Omni-Channel, Flows, Data Cloud, or Agentforce
will make you stand out. This is a
"hands-on keyboard"
role — we need someone who can get into the app and start building right away.

What You'll Do

  • Build and enhance Service Cloud features (Omni-Channel, Agent Console, Flows, Data integrations).
  • Partner closely with business users to design and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Take full ownership from design through deployment in an agile environment.
  • Help shape our next-gen Salesforce experience on Lightning.

What We're Looking For

  • 10 + years Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud preferred).
  • Strong in Flows, Omni-Channel, or Data Cloud (at least two).
  • Agile mindset — can work independently and deliver quickly.
  • Bonus: Experience with large contact centers or Salesforce certifications.
