SR Employee Relations Partner (Employee & Labor Relations)
Additional Position Details: Monday-Friday | This is an on-site position, located on our campus in beautiful Southern Oregon
Starting Wage: $43.31-$59.55 per hour, depending on experience
Position SummaryThe Senior Employee Relations Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive employee relations while ensuring that the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations. This position plays a key role in fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and mutual respect between employees and management, acting as a trusted advisor to both leadership and staff.
The Senior Employee Relations Partner provides oversight related to employee relations activity and operational and consultative human resources support to business units in areas of labor relations, performance management, litigation, and training. Ensures that management is providing fair and consistent treatment of employees in compliance with the law, Asante policies, and the Asante Values. Provides objective and expert advice to management and employees.
Qualifications and RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience is required
- Master's Degree is preferred
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of professional-level experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee and labor relations practices, is required
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in employee relations, is required
Preferred Certifications
- PHR: Professional in Human Resources certified by HRCI
- SHRM-CP: Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional
- SHRM-SCP: Senior Certified Professional
- SPHR: Senior Professional in Human Resources
