Responsibilities

  • Project managing client campaigns by networking with relevant parties in The Black Sheep.
  • Setting clear campaign expectations with clients, both in process and outcome.
  • Managing communication between the organization and client.
  • Reviewing and approving client deliverables before handing them off to the client.
  • Upsells and renewals of contracts.

Requirements

  • Background in account manager roles or student housing preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in drafting professional emails, reports, or proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly locate information to provide prompt and accurate responses.
