The Director, Technical Marketing will own the technical narrative across products, platforms, and AI-driven solutions, ensuring clear and compelling communication to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, overseeing a growing team and shaping the company's presence as a technical authority. You will partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product, Sales, and Enablement to craft technical content, guide messaging, and support go-to-market initiatives. • Lead, hire, and mentor a team of technical marketing professionals, establishing priorities, processes, and measurable success metrics.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technical marketing strategy spanning multiple products and go-to-market initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and thought leaders to position the company as a technical leader.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of technical content, including demos, whitepapers, solution briefs, videos, and interactive tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate engineering developments and complex technical capabilities into market-ready messaging.
• Guide the development of technical launch deliverables, including demo scenarios, validation content, and internal enablement materials.
• Serve as a technical expert in customer calls, product demos, and field engagements, addressing deep technical questions and aligning content with business objectives.

• 10–12+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, solutions engineering, or related technical GTM roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading and scaling technical marketing teams.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, email security, or adjacent domains, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proven experience in creating customer-facing technical content including demo assets, whitepapers, technical blogs, and solution briefs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience collaborating with R&D and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into market-facing content.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency with content creation tools, video production, and technical documentation platforms.
• Nice-to-have: experience with analyst relations, technical press engagement, and industry thought leadership programs; prior experience in high-growth SaaS or security companies.

• Base salary range: $233,800 — $275,000 USD.
