Sr Director, Global Marketing Communications

This role is an opportunity to lead and shape the global communications strategy for a fast-evolving technology and business solutions organization. The Sr Director will drive external messaging, including public relations, social media, and analyst engagement, while collaborating closely with Investor Relations to ensure consistent, compelling corporate narratives. You will influence market perception, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth through strategic communications. This role combines hands-on leadership with executive-level influence, guiding high-performing teams and agencies to deliver impactful, cohesive messaging across all external channels. The position offers a hybrid or remote work model with occasional travel for key events and meetings.

• Develop and execute global communications strategies that elevate corporate reputation and position the organization as a leader in technology and financial services.
• Create messaging frameworks and thought leadership content to reinforce corporate positioning.
• Partner with Investor Relations to deliver clear, credible business narratives to media, analysts, and investors.
• Align communications with demand generation, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing communications teams while managing agency partnerships.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on high-visibility initiatives, including media engagements, conferences, and speaking opportunities.

• 15+ years of experience in marketing communications, with deep expertise in corporate and financial communications.
• Proven success leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex business concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Experience engaging with investor relations, analysts, and media in public, high-growth, or global environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Expertise in media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, and thought leadership development.
