We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vaping and smoking products, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to provide a welcoming environment for our customers. You will assist customers in selecting products, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring the shop operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on vape and smoke products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories.
  • Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning display areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
  • Educate customers about product usage, safety, and related regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for new products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist in implementing store promotions and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the sale of vaping products.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable Transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of vaping products and trends is a plus.

***Monthly Commission paid based on Sales

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $12.00 per hour
