Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize MEP contracting processes ripe for automation across estimation, project management, quality control, procurement, and administrative functions
  • Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions using tools like Zapier, Airtable, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and MCP servers to eliminate operational bottlenecks
  • Develop automated workflows for bid preparation, project documentation, material procurement tracking, and compliance reporting
  • Build AI-enhanced systems for drawing review processes, change order management, and project milestone tracking
  • Embed with Commercial Department teams to automate estimation processes, bid preparation workflows, and competitive analysis
  • Partner with Operations teams to streamline project execution tracking, quality assurance documentation, and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with Finance & Administration to automate multi-jurisdictional reporting, invoice processing, and compliance documentation
  • Support Innovation/Digital Department initiatives by building practical AI applications that complement our Procore platform integration
  • Transform successful prototypes into durable, enterprise-ready systems with proper error handling, logging, and monitoring
  • Integrate AI automations with existing tools including Procore, BIM software (Revit, Navisworks), and ERP systems
  • Develop automated data pipelines for project performance analytics, resource utilization tracking, and financial reporting
  • Build AI-enhanced systems and agents for lead generation and filtering for clients, suppliers, employee candidates, and other business opportunities
  • Create AI-powered quality control systems for document review, specification compliance, and drawing coordination
  • Design and deliver training programs for project managers, engineers, and administrators on AI tool adoption
  • Create comprehensive playbooks and documentation for safe and effective AI implementation across international operations
  • Build internal knowledge bases that capture lessons learned from projects and make them accessible through AI-powered search
  • Evangelize responsible AI practices while ensuring compliance with international data protection regulations
  • Track and quantify business impact including time savings, accuracy improvements, and cost reductions
  • Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize workflows based on user feedback and system analytics
  • Debug AI failures, refine prompts, and adjust logic when automations encounter edge cases
  • Establish metrics for measuring ROI on AI implementations across different business functions
