BravoTech a Leader in IT Staffing seeks a contract IBM Sterling OMS Developer for a valued client in the DFW, Texas metroplex.

Developer will lead the integration of Salesforce and Sterling OMS. He/she will combine hands-on development, system integration, and architectural design to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management (v9.1), XML/XSL development, and SAP Hybris Commerce, along with strong backend integration skills in Java, and DevOps experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and technical mentorship are key components of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance IBM Sterling Order Management (v9.1) components including Inventory, Supply Collaboration, Reverse Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
  • Design and maintain transaction pipelines and integration logic between Salesforce and OMS platforms.
  • Develop and maintain XML/XSL transformations and SAP Hybris Commerce integrations.
  • Manage deployments using Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Ant.
  • Conduct unit testing (JUnit), performance tuning, and code reviews.
  • Ensure system reliability and maintainability through proactive monitoring and optimization.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Dev and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Participate in sprint planning, technical design reviews, and stakeholder demos.
  • Provide technical mentorship and documentation to support long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong IBM Sterling Order Management 9.1. thru current version
  • Strong in XML/XSL development.
  • Moderate in SAP Hybris Commerce.
  • Proficient in web-based front-end development using Java.
  • Strong HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java Servlet, JSP, and Spring Framework (MVC, Core, AOP, Security), Eclipse RCP
  • Experience with WebLogic, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and integration via JMS, SOAP & REST.
  • Proficient with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Ant.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiar with application performance tuning.
