Solution Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Solution Architect
to lead the design and implementation of high-level architecture solutions aligned with our business goals. This role is crucial in driving innovation, ensuring technology alignment with business strategies, and maintaining enterprise architecture standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure technology solutions align with client's long-term strategic business objectives.
• Define and manage architecture governance processes and facilitate architectural review boards.
• Design and validate scalable, secure, and robust architecture for enterprise-level applications and systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure architectural compliance and successful project delivery.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms for continuous innovation.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis for significant architectural or technology changes.
• Engage proactively with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints and roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in a Solution or Enterprise Architect role.
• Proven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Experience in Agile environments and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to financial services, automotive, or similar enterprise domains.
