Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Coordinator for their growing branch in Compton, CA to manage large volumes of jobs and staff. The Field Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operation of Emergency Response Services and Base Field Labor Services. This position requires adaptability to constant change, someone who generates creative solutions to business demands, takes responsibility for subordinates' performance, and possesses excellent detail-oriented ability. This individual must be able to schedule jobs and execute specific work scope to meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include mentoring, training, high understanding of our fleet and DOT regulations and dispatching qualified employees to meet customer demands. The Field Services Coordinator will be supported by the Clean Harbors Site Operations Manager.
