We are seeking a
Sales Manager
to lead our quoting and customer relationship efforts. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing Requests for Quote (RFQs), developing competitive pricing strategies, and ensuring timely, accurate quotations for aircraft parts and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • RFQ Management:
    Oversee and manage all incoming Requests for Quote from customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Quoting & Pricing:
    Prepare, review, and approve quotations for aircraft parts, repair services, and components in accordance with company pricing policies and customer requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure ongoing business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy:
    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Market Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor pricing to adjust sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Process Improvement:
    Streamline quoting, order entry, and follow-up processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure accurate availability and lead-time information is provided to customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace parts sales, MRO, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft parts, aerospace language, and quoting procedures.
  • Proven experience managing RFQs and developing competitive quotations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (such as Quantum, AVsight, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
