About The Position
The Santa Cruz Warriors, official G League Affiliate of the Golden State Warriors, are looking for a Manager to support our Season Ticket Members and lead the development of Account Representatives on our Membership Services team. To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible and proactive in order to provide exceptional service to our clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where client satisfaction is paramount. This position reports to the Director, Ticket Sales and Service.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Santa Cruz, CA.
Key Responsibilities

  • Expand, enhance, and sustain relationships with an assigned book of season ticket member accounts
  • Lead department projects and/or game night responsibilities
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety of issues related to Santa Cruz Warriors ticket holders
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients, providing detailed knowledge of all products and services offered by SCW
  • Collaborate and assist in executing year-round campaigns related to events, renewals, seat relocation, playoffs, and more
  • Oversee day-to-day coaching, performance tracking, and professional development of the Membership Services team
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to efficiently lead and prioritize multiple projects at once

Time Commitment

  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule as evenings and weekends may be required

Compensation

  • $24.04 per hour + Bonus + Commission (approx. OTE $70,000)
