We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards

- Manage the hotel's budget and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met

- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed

- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners

  • Previous experience in hotel management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software
  • Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
