  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to meet business requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Business Operations, and global People teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and drive delivery on Workday-related projects.
  • Serve as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising stakeholders on best practices, optimization opportunities, and configuration governance.
  • Manage testing and quality assurance, including regression testing for system updates, new configurations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on interface design, integrations, and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
  • Support the creation of system documentation, test plans, and training materials to enable adoption and process consistency.
  • Partner with Recruiting Teams to manage data flow and process alignment between Workday and Greenhouse.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned Workday professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration; Workday Pro certifications are a plus.
  • Highly skilled in Workday HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, or related modules, with end-to-end implementation and enhancement experience.
  • End to end implementation experience including project management, issue management, communication and change management
  • Be able to manage projects completely independently whilst using sound judgment to escalate issues when necessary
  • Technically fluent in Workday integrations, orchestrations, and Extend.
  • Adept at translating business requirements into scalable, user-friendly HRIS solutions.
  • Comprehensive experience configuring and deploying complex Workday Security models
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple priorities concurrently
