Our client, a leading organization in the Construction & Engineering industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager- Mergers and Acquisitions to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager- Mergers and Acquisitions, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting critical integration and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$125,000+

What's the Job?

  • Lead IT projects related to mergers and acquisitions, including onboarding and integration efforts
  • Manage ERP system transitions and software implementations
  • Collaborate with construction operations teams to ensure alignment and build strong relationships
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to close operational gaps
  • Support enhancements to internal ticketing systems and facilitate change management across departments

  • Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in ERP implementations
  • Exposure to M&A processes and integration support
  • Understanding of construction management and operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
