Job Description:

Lead Tax Services Senior Manager with Crowe, LLP (Dallas, TX)

Responsible for overseeing multiple client service teams and the proven ability to plan, direct, execute, and complete tax projects and compliance efforts across various clients. Economically and efficiently managing projects, including billing and accounts receivable responsibilities, and review of corporate and partnership clients' federal and state income tax returns. Perform research and prepare/review technical tax memorandum while providing innovative tax planning strategies and compliance expertise to clients. Understand and managing firm risk on tax services performed. Collaborate with partners, managers, and staff to integrate efficient standard operating procedures and practice development skills using a team approach to client service. Assess performance through formal periodic reviews and informal feedback and manage, develop, and mentor staff/managers on projects.

Position allows for 3 days of remote work per week and 2 days at office in Dallas, TX and reports to the company's office in Dallas, TX.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, foreign equivalent or closely related field. Position requires 5 years of experience in job offered, Tax Consultant, Accountant, Manager-Finance/Tax, related occupation. Position requires experience in: Federal and state tax preparation or return; ASC 740; Banking institutions; Tax forms including 1120, 1120F, 1065, 8865, 5471, 8858, and 8621; CCH Axcess; Review and prepare Schedule K-1s with partnership book/tax allocation; and Bookeeping functions.

Enrolled Agent OR CPA license req'd.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $106, $267,500.00 per year.
