We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership and strong project management for multiple complex healthcare construction projects.

Overview of Position Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple project and oversee strategic project execution
  • Guide preconstruction and estimating across multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships
  • Monitor project performance, profitability, and team development
  • Provide mentorship and strategic direction to project teams
  • Drive business development and future opportunities
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6-8 years construction experience with 5+ years in healthcare 
  • Proven success managing multiple projects and teams
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Expert knowledge of AIA contracts and GMP structures
  • Certifications preferred: ASHE CHC, OSHA 30, PMP, LEED AP
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
