Executive Assistant to the COO

London Computer Systems (LCS) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex schedules and projects, and can balance administrative excellence with strategic oversight.
What You'll Do
- Manage the COO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and events—including agendas, facilities, catering, and logistics
- Answer and screen complex calls, determining which should be handled internally or escalated
- Transcribe phone conversations and manage confidential correspondence as needed Prioritize and manage multiple high-level requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Support the Rent Manager User Conference by coordinating employee travel, itineraries, and transportation
- Provide onsite conference support for the COO, handling critical and pre-assigned event logistics
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- 3+ years in an executive assistant or senior administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Sound business judgment and decision-making ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion
