Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for producing high-quality digital and print materials that support brand consistency and marketing goals. This role combines technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with creativity, problem-solving, and an understanding of digital marketing tools and trends. The ideal candidate can transform ideas into compelling visuals that enhance brand visibility across print, web, and social platforms—leveraging both traditional design skills and emerging AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, proof, and prepare marketing literature and print materials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Create digital assets for web, social, and advertising campaigns (graphics, banners, email headers, etc.).
  • Design and proof print advertisements and promotional materials.
  • Develop and maintain consistent branding across all media channels.
  • Design and manage promotional items.
  • Support creation of digital newsletters and drip campaigns through visual design and layout.
  • Design and build landing pages in WordPress that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Create and upload content to WordPress pages, ensuring visual consistency and SEO alignment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media posts and visuals to multiple social media platforms (FB, IG, X, LI and GLS).
  • Utilize AI-assisted design tools, writing aids, and analytics to enhance content creation and marketing efficiency.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining analytics dashboards to evaluate design and campaign performance.
  • Maintain organized design files and contribute to photo and asset management systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or digital content creation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. A digital portfolio and successful completion of a technical assessment are required for consideration.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, including page editing and layout updates.
  • Understanding of AI tools and technologies used in marketing, design, and analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, email platforms, and web design basics.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent aesthetic and typographic sense.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with analytics and digital performance metrics a plus.
