About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a retail environment.

Responsibilities:
