Salary: $50,000–$70,000+ (base + commission)

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (based on joining accounts)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (some weekend flexibility may be needed)

To support our growth, we're looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to homeowners, property managers, and businesses
  • Conduct on-site consultations and provide accurate service quotes
  • Educate customers on service plans, repair options, and benefits
  • Close new business and set up onboarding with the service team
  • Maintain CRM records and manage follow-up communication
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Represent Blue Flag Pools with professionalism and a solutions-first attitude

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (B2C or B2B preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to close deals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid U.S. driver's license & clean driving record
  • Familiarity with pool services or home services industry is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
  • Tech-savvy – able to use CRM tools and mobile apps
