About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing skincare brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness, understands the latest skincare trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support brand storytelling, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Product Launches: Support new product development and launches, including concept creation, copywriting, product positioning, packaging coordination, competitive research, retailer submissions, and go-to-market planning.
  • Retail Marketing: Collaborate with sales and retail teams (Sephora, Ulta, beauty specialty channels) to develop in-store and online promotions aligned with brand strategy.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail channels.
  • Event Support: Coordinate PR events, sampling activations, and pop-ups—managing logistics, vendor communication, and timelines.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track SKU and campaign performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, manage demand planning for new items, and support inventory management.
  • Market Research: Conduct trend and competitor analysis to guide marketing strategies and innovation planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to develop innovative, story-driven products and ensure cohesive execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, or CPG.
  • Experience with Sephora, Ulta, or other beauty specialty retailers.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Analytics a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Passionate about skincare and knowledgeable about beauty trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Ability to read, write, and speak Korean.
