We're expanding our financial services team under Primerica, a trusted name with over 40 years of success in helping families protect and grow their wealth.

We're seeking driven individuals — licensed or unlicensed — who are ready to learn, grow, and earn uncapped income by helping others secure financial peace of mind through Term Life Insurance and other financial products.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training and support, including assistance with state licensing and ongoing mentorship to help you reach your goals.

What You'll Do

  • Educate individuals and families on life insurance and financial concepts
  • Help clients select affordable coverage that fits their needs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop other agents (optional as you advance)
  • Attend team trainings, workshops, and networking events
  • Maintain professional ethics, integrity, and compliance with state regulations

Who We're Looking For

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and coachable individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to help others and grow personally & financially
  • Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we provide guidance & support)
  • Existing licensed agents are welcome and can start immediately
  • Individuals willing to undergo fingerprinting and background check

Compensation

  • Commission-based income: Unlimited earning potential (average part-time agents earn $1,500–$3,000/month; full-time agents can earn $5,000+ and up depending on effort and performance)
  • Bonuses & overrides available for leadership roles
  • No base salary – this is an independent contractor position
