National Sales Executive (VP/SVP/EVP, National & Regional Accounts)

About the Role
World Wide Land Transfer is seeking a National Sales Executive (VP/SVP/EVP) to drive growth across the title insurance industry. You'll target national and regional lenders, banks, credit unions, servicers, and institutional clients—building on your deep relationships and proven ability to close complex, high-value deals.
This is a senior-level sales position for a true hunter—someone who thrives on driving new business and expanding existing relationships within a fast-growing, tech-enabled title agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand your existing book of business across national and regional clients.
- Identify, engage, and close new relationships through strategic, high-level outreach.
- Leverage consultative selling to navigate complex institutional structures and long sales cycles.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM; forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to onboard and scale new clients seamlessly.
- Represent World Wide Land Transfer at key industry events, associations, and conferences.
- Stay ahead of trends in technology-enabled services, digital closings, and integration platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven success selling title, escrow, or closing services to national/regional lenders, banks, credit unions, or servicers.
- Established book of business and active industry network.
- Strong relationships with senior decision-makers and the ability to open new doors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally (up to 50%).
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with consumer direct/centralized refinance centers or distributed retail channels.
- Familiarity with digital closing platforms, automation tools, or AI-driven solutions.
