Opportunity Overview

We're looking for an entrepreneurial 
Consulting Sales Representative
 to expand our reach in the 
multifamily construction market
.

This is an ideal opportunity for an 
experienced sales professional
 who already works with 
General Contractors or Developers
 in 
construction trades
 (e.g., framing, drywall, roofing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, finishes, etc.) and wants to 
add another complementary trade
 to their portfolio.

If you're already calling on GCs and developers — and want to 
increase your earnings by offering another high-demand construction solution
 — this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing GC and developer relationships
     to introduce and sell Bay Area Exteriors' multifamily trade services.
  • Close opportunities from our existing pipeline
     while generating new project leads through your network.
  • Extend your current product or service portfolio
     by representing our offerings as a trusted trade partner.

How We Will Support Your Sales Efforts

  • Our experienced estimating and project management teams
     will ensure accurate proposals and seamless project delivery.
  • Our Leadership will join you on meetings, help negotiate contracts and manage deals
     from initial contact through closing.
  • Represent the brand
     at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities that we coordinate for you.

Ideal Candidate

  • You're currently a 
    sales representative for a construction subcontractor
     (or related building trade) with a 
    book of active GC relationships
    .
  • You have a proven ability to 
    sell construction services
     and 
    close deals in the multifamily sector
    .
  • You want to 
    increase your commission income
     by offering an 
    additional trade service
     that complements your current scope.
  • Strong understanding of 
    multifamily construction sales cycles
     — from bid to close.
  • Excellent 
    communication, negotiation, and relationship management
     skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable operating independently.
