Senior Program Coordinator

The Senior Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to the service line, executive director, core leadership team, medical directors, and providers. Applies independent judgment and discretion to make administrative decisions, drawing upon the position's expertise and operating within the organization's established policies, procedures, and defined job scope. Supports service line development, strategic planning, and promotion, and coordinates performance improvements to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required qualifications:

  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 3 or more years of professional and analytical experience as well as project management and process improvement
  • 3 or more years of business or healthcare experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospital Administration, or another related field of study
