The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is results-driven, strategic, and skilled at building strong internal and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance metrics to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with NVOCC Sales preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85, $100,000.00 per year
