Description

PulmOne Advanced Medical Devices Ltd is a global medical technology company revolutionizing pulmonary function testing. Our flagship device, the MiniBox+, delivers cabinless, gasless Lung Volume Measurements, Spirometry, and DLCO testing — all in one compact, portable system that meets ATS and ERS guidelines and is fully reimbursable in the U.S.

With offices in the U.S., France, the U.K., and Brazil, PulmOne is expanding rapidly and seeking a driven Inside Sales Manager – Advanced Service Sales to join our U.S. team in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX.

In this role, you will engage with existing customers, strengthen relationships, gather user feedback, and drive sales of complementary services and products. You'll collaborate closely with our Customer Success (CS) and Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to U.S. users to gather feedback on products and services.
  • Pass feedback and issues to the Customer Success team for resolution and follow up to ensure closure.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed information in Salesforce (SF).
  • Identify and forward upsell, trade-in or new location opportunities to the Sales team.
  • Drive sales of ancillary and complementary products and services, including:
  • Warranty extensions (for customers nearing or out of warranty)
  • EMR integration services
  • PulmSuite software
  • FeNO
  • Spare parts and accessories
  • Stand-alone spirometry

Qualifications

  • Experience in inside sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about supporting customer success.
