Inside Sales Manager
. The Inside Sales Manager – Technology Solutions will lead a team of inbound sales representatives responsible for engaging existing security guarding clients and aligning their needs with integrated technology solutions. This leader will drive revenue growth through consultative selling, team development, and collaboration with operations, technology, and client success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on qualifying and executing sale for inbound Allied Universal guarding clients for technology solution opportunities
  • Create a coaching culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Implement structured sales training and processes to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.

Sales Process & Performance Management

  • Standardize a solutions sales process that exceeds service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs throughout the client life cycle, identify and execute process improvements, and enhance efficiency and conversion outcomes.
  • Report on performance trends and provide strategic insights into leadership for continuous optimization

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with field sales, technology integration, guarding leadership, client success teams, and other Allied Universal business units and departments to ensure solution alignment, seamless client transitions and strengthen client relationships for increased cross-sell potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess one of the following:

-Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

-Associate's degree in Business or related field, with 5+ years of inside sales leadership

-High school diploma with 10+ years of inside sales leadership

  • Minimum of three (3) years of
    experience
    in inside sales leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in security technology, SaaS, or B2B technology sales.
  • Exposure to integrated guarding and technology solution sales or managed services environments.
  • Background in process improvement, change management, or sales enablement initiatives.
