About the Position

We're seeking LCSWs, LMHCs, and LMFTs across California and Florida to provide telehealth psychotherapy for adults, teens, and families.

This role is perfect for clinicians who want to expand their private practice or add extra hours without the stress of billing, referrals, or administrative work.

Compensation

  • $55-$65 per 53-minute session (CPT 90837)
  • Paid twice monthly (on or around the 5th and 22nd)
  • All billing, credentialing, and client referrals handled for you

Qualifications

  • Active California or Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
  • 1+ year post-licensure experience preferred (but not required)
  • Must be comfortable providing sessions via telehealth
  • Passionate about evidence-based, client-centered care

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and crisis intervention.
  • Engage in child and family counseling, addressing the unique needs of children and their families.
  • Implement behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis for clients with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients requiring home and community services.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and case management for clients with various mental health conditions, including PTSD and addiction issues.
  • Facilitate crisis management interventions when necessary to ensure client safety.
  • Stay current with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and EMR systems for effective patient record management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required.
  • Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services in clinical settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health practices and experience working with children is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation standards and experience with EMR systems is essential.
  • Strong skills in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, group therapy facilitation, and patient assessment are critical for success in this role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
