We are a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company building AI-driven software that's transforming the commercial real estate industry. Backed by leading investors, we've raised over $100M and achieved 10x revenue growth in the past year. With a team of ~35 and plans to expand to 50+ in the next year, we combine the speed and innovation of an early-stage startup with the resources of a later-stage organization.
The OpportunityWe're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales organization in New York. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market strategy—connecting with commercial real estate professionals, qualifying prospects, and helping drive pipeline growth for our Account Executive team.
This is a high-impact position with a clear growth path into closing roles. You'll work closely with senior leadership, receive structured training, and have access to generous accelerators for exceeding quota.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels to engage commercial real estate brokers and other target customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule 30+ high-quality meetings per month for Account Executives.
- Partner closely with AEs and marketing to develop account strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all outreach activities in CRM.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of outreach tactics and messaging through data and feedback.
- 6–18 months of prior SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset—motivated to exceed quota.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City (4 days in-office required).
