Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual value for clients and the company.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Manage projects related to client onboarding, product launches, or partnership initiatives to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that support business growth initiatives.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
