We're looking for an experienced
Coupa Business Process & Procurement Operations SME
to join our global Procurement Operations team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love improving processes, and have deep hands-on Coupa expertise, this is an opportunity to make a major impact on a growing global program.

About the Role

As a key member of our Procurement Operations (Coupa Program) team, you'll support daily procurement activities, drive process compliance, and enhance system efficiency. Coupa went live in April, and with increasing workload and recent team changes, we're expanding our team to maintain momentum and strengthen our global operations.

  • Focus areas: Strengthening Coupa operations, improving supplier management, and driving consistent compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing
    PO creation, revisions, and approvals
  • Conducting
    end-to-end Coupa virtual card audits
  • Reviewing contracts for invoice routing and PR setup
  • Maintaining supplier records and shipping locations
  • Validating approvals and ensuring process accuracy
  • Monitoring & resolving
    Coupa JIRA tickets
    and Admin mailbox inquiries
  • Auditing Soft Closed / On Hold POs
  • Partnering with IT on system issues and tracking
  • Performing quarterly Coupa audits and user-access reviews
  • Preparing weekly reporting batches and maintaining dashboards/OKRs
  • Ensuring SOX and procurement process compliance

Required:

  • Bachelor's in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 7+ years
    in Procurement Operations (
    10+ for fully remote candidates
    )
  • Strong, hands-on
    Coupa expertise
    (required)
  • Experience with Agiloft, Smartsheet, Jira, etc. (preferred)
  • Data-driven decision-making & reporting skills
  • Coupa Certified Implementation Lead (preferred)
  • High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
