We specialize in managing residential properties across the state of Texas. We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and bilingual receptionist to join our front-office team.

Position Summary

The Bilingual Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, residents, vendors, and guests. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
  • Respond to resident inquiries and route requests to appropriate departments
  • Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Manage all office mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Manage office supply inventories for corporate and onsite offices
  • Project management of monthly employee events and corporate sponsored activities
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front office area and conference rooms
  • Support accounting, leasing, and property management teams as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – required
  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management experience a preferred
  • Property management experience a preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
