About Us:

J&K Cabinetry is a leading provider of high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry, serving builders, contractors, and designers. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and help create a welcoming showroom experience.

Job Description:

As a Showroom Receptionist, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our showroom. You will greet customers, manage phone calls, assist the sales/design team, and ensure the front desk area runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Schedule and confirm design appointments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, emails, and order follow-ups
  • Support the sales and design teams with customer inquiries and showroom coordination

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Front desk experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
  • Spanish is a plus
