Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and calendars including coordinating meetings across global time zones
  • Prepare and edit correspondences, reports, and presentations
  • Organize and track departmental priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Arrange travel and logistics for team members including booking flights, accommodations, and managing itineraries
  • Handle expense reports and invoice processing
  • Maintain documentation and records including team workflows, documents, and key operational files
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members including coordinating training
  • Plan team initiatives and events as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of high-level admin experience
  • Experience within financial services required
  • Experience with scheduling across global time zones
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information

Salary Range
$100,000-$120,000
