All Out Custom Truck and Body specializes in building and accessorizing fleet and commercial vehicles. We handle everything from service bodies and cranes to welders, air compressors, flatbeds, strobe lighting, ladder racks, van packages, lift gates, landscape dumps, box trucks, and more. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This person will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying all vehicle builds before they're delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the truck upfitting or commercial vehicle industry and a sharp eye for detail to ensure every job meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify the quality of completed truck builds prior to delivery.
  • Ensure all accessories and components (cranes, compressors, lighting, lift gates, racks, etc.) are installed correctly and functioning properly.
  • Check wiring, hydraulic, and mechanical systems for proper operation and compliance.
  • Communicate and document any issues or rework items with the production team.
  • Maintain inspection checklists and suggest process improvements.
  • Verify that all work meets customer specifications and company standards.
  • Assist with final sign-off on completed units prior to delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the truck upfitting, fleet, or commercial vehicle industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle-mounted equipment and installation practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to read and verify work orders to ensure builds meet specifications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

  • Starting at $20/hour, and could go up from there based on experience.
  • Full-time position with opportunities for advancement and long-term growth.
