Trust Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide overall administrative support to Trust Officers
- Backup to Trust Operations
- Promote Trust Department through business development opportunities
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members with clerical tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
- Participate in community events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity; office experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
