This position reports to the Vice President of Sales, NE

The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing a new customer client list within the assigned region (Greater Boston Area). They will work to increase revenue and profitability by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while also maintaining existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities within assigned territory
  • Identify, develop and pursue organic growth opportunities within distribution and end user customers.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure customer needs are met
  • Conduct regular customer visits and provide product demonstrations as needed
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend action plans
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide sales support to strategic distribution partners
  • Make end-user sales calls and product presentations
  • Manage a pipeline of new customer and organic growth opportunities
  • Attend company and distribution trade shows
  • Stay informed of industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive advantage

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong Knowledge of B2B sales processes
  • Able to pitch and communicate with decision makers
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $100,000.00 per year
