Entry Level Cost Support Analyst

Job Title: Cost Support QA Analyst
Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system data to ensure proper integration and alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with development, business, and project management teams to understand integration requirements and address data-related concerns.
• Document and track defects, working closely with team lead to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Perform data validation and integrity checks to confirm that data is accurately reflected across integrated systems.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
• Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Knowledge of retail systems and store operations.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in a store or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of database management, data integration, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Excel and Power BI for data validation.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Work Environment
Candidates will be part of a project that starts in November and goes through December 2026 at a minimum. This is a hybrid opportunity. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, focusing on speeding up the process for store conversions.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $25.00/hr.
