1. Mid-Level IT Analyst – Upen Group (DFW Local Only)

Upen Group connects vendors with clients across the DFW area, and we're looking for a Mid-Level IT Analyst who can support systems, troubleshoot issues, and handle data-driven tasks that keep projects moving.

What you'll own

  • Troubleshoot system issues and support vendor–client operations

  • Write SQL queries for validation, reporting, and root-cause analysis

  • Work with ETL teams to review pipelines and ensure clean data flow

  • Support ticket tracking, documentation, and environment updates

What you bring

  • 2–4 years in IT, systems support, or technical analysis

  • SQL + Excel required; familiarity with ETL concepts

  • Understanding of basic networking, data flows, and system integrations

  • Strong communication with both vendors and clients

  • Must be DFW local and a U.S. Citizen/Green Card holder

  • No OPT/H1B/sponsorship

Pay: $40, $60,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Irving, TX 75038
