We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in the Consumer Services industry. Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a high level of productivity.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and respond to inquiries adequately.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Support management in the implementation and adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for upper management.
  • Foster a positive work environment by enhancing internal and external communication.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong technical background in appliance repair is a must.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $7,500.00 per month
