We're looking for an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to lead our Coral Gables Office. If you're passionate about managing, leading a team, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office
  • Manage and supervise front desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Handle patient scheduling, confirm appointments, and manage patient flow
  • Maintain office inventory and manage office supplies
  • Ensure compliance with dental office protocols and regulations
  • Assist with patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Help cultivate a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff

  • Proven experience in dental office management or a similar leadership role in a medical setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of dental office procedures, insurance, and billing
