Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for MedStar Union Memorial Hospital located in Baltimore, MD. We have evolved from a 20-bed to a 223-bed hospital with more than 2,500 employees and a medical staff of more than 620 physicians. 

What You'll Do
  • Lead a culinary team and manage daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure food quality , safety, and compliance with Sodexo and hospital standards
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support patient satisfaction 
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory, and cost controls
