As the Senior Developer of our MarTech development team, you will align our technology and marketing strategies with the organization's overarching goals, your primary focus will be on providing MarTech solutions that enable businesses to optimize their marketing processes, enhancing customer engagement, and improving overall profitability. These solutions should include custom code development using JAVA or Python, tools for campaign management and customer data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy and support MarTech solutions which are aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Data Analytics, to ensure seamless integration and utilization of MarTech tools.

Customer Data Platform:

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Customer Data Platform to create a unified and actionable customer view.

Campaign Management:

• Develop, deploy and manage Adobe Campaign Classic for email marketing, ensuring effective segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: In designing, developing, deploying, and managing technology products within a retail environment.
• Educational Background: BA or BS degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical deliveries on MarTech products.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Adobe Campaign Classic, CDP, Analytics, and AEM

• Soft Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence business strategy and foster collaboration across teams.

• Self-starter, willing to take on whatever work is required to get the job done.

• Thinks creatively, anticipates problems and opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic Planning: Experience in developing strategies and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $98, $128,500.00
