What You Can ExpectA s our Technical Product Manager, you will operate within a cross-functional team dedicated to building and scaling a new internal business. In this dynamic and fast-growing environment, you will help define the product strategy for the various components of the BroadView solution, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving industry trends.You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. In addition, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.This position is based in Houston, TX and reports to the Chief Technical Officer, R&F GBU North America and the BroadView EMS Lead.What You'll BringYou hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or technology proven experience in a project management capacity; in lieu of a four-year degree, you should hold a project management certification and a total of seven (7) years of experience in which you have gained an understanding of project managementYou are skilled in creating and maintaining a product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and prioritiesYou have the ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and operations to drive product development and adoptionYou have hands-on experience conducting technical Proofs of Concept (POCs) and making data-driven decisions to improve user experience and product performanceYou are knowledgeable in designing technical architecture diagrams, developing implementation plans, and operating in agile environments with continuous improvement practices.You are experienced in energy storage or renewable energy projects and can thrive in unstructured, fast-changing environmentsYou are familiar with software development management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, supporting efficient collaboration and trackingAdditional DetailsThis role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, three (3) days in-office and two (2) days remoteMust be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time and with the need for some overnight tripsMust possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving recordMust be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policiesCompensationSalary Range:$131,000- $183,330 USD annuallyThis represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
