Bridges Masonry Inc. is a leading, licensed construction company in Tennessee known for delivering projects where quality never goes out of style. With over 25 years in business, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled, dedicated Masonry and Concrete Foreman/Lead to manage and execute complex commercial and residential projects in the Sevierville area.

Required Experience (Minimum 5 Years in Each):

The successful candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience in the following areas:

• Masonry: Expertise in block work, brick work, and stonework (natural and cultured stone).
• Stucco: Proven skill in traditional and synthetic stucco application and finishing.
• Concrete Forming & Pouring: Extensive knowledge of concrete forming, concrete pouring, and shoring practices.
• Advanced Concrete Structures: Direct experience working with and installing Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) structures and traditional concrete formed walls.
• Concrete Finishing: Mastery of various concrete finishing techniques (e.g., trowel, broom, decorative finishes).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage small to medium-sized crews on-site, ensuring quality and adherence to blueprints.
• Perform all phases of masonry and concrete work to the highest industry standards.
• Oversee job site safety, material procurement, and scheduling.
• Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of the design.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues related to complex forming and structural requirements (e.g., ICF and formed walls).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in all fields listed above.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials in various weather conditions.
