THE JOB:

Handle an active, ever-changing schedule with precision; triage and manage email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Board & Executive Support:

  • Event Planning:
Organize executive dinners, offsites, and team events with creativity and flawless execution.
  • Operational Excellence:
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and EA team to align priorities and keep leadership operating smoothly.
  • Confidential Support:
Discreetly handle sensitive matters, including occasional personal/family logistics.
  • Daily Flow:
Anticipate and prepare for the CEO's day-to-day needs—whether that's meeting prep, presentations, or simply ensuring the right conversations happen at the right time.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Tech Savvy:
fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense management platforms (Concur or similar).
  • Experienced Support:
You have 8+ years of experience directly supporting a CTO in a publicly traded company.
  • Effective Communicator:
You can effectively "push back" when needed, while remaining open to valuable feedback and learning opportunities.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality:
You handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and grace.
  • Masterful Writing:
Your written English is impeccable, and your communication skills are confident and precise.
  • Educational Foundation:
