About our partner: A New York–based fintech startup founded in 2021 is redefining investing by building the first copy-trading platform where users follow people instead of picking stocks — making it easier for everyday individuals to mirror the strategies of proven investors. With a mission to democratize wealth-building for the millions of Americans who aren't yet in the market, the company is creating a more accessible, human-centered path to long-term financial growth.
The team is now hiring a Paid Social Manager to own paid social strategy from end to end — including planning, experimentation, execution, and daily optimization. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is central to the company's growth and brand positioning as the leading copy-trading platform in the U.S.
The Paid Social Manager will work cross-functionally with compliance, creative, lifecycle, and product teams, bringing innovation to media buying, pixel strategy, and performance optimization in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
What You'll Do
- Fully manage and optimize all current paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Launch new social channels aligned with growth targets
- Own all performance reporting and forecasting (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap with the internal creative team
- Design innovative campaign/pixel structures that outperform the competition
- Collaborate with lifecycle and product to generate end-to-end growth insights
- Act as the primary liaison to both the client and talent for all client-facing HR matters
What You Need
- 3–10 years managing paid social campaigns for consumer-facing businesses
- Prior experience at a consumer startup or tech company
- Proven ability to scale paid social channels 5X+
- Experience managing AND launching channels like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube
- Embedded in the performance marketing/media buying space
- Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field.
- Strong technical skills in paid social
- Pixel debugging and optimization
- Attribution and event tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Segment)
- Analytical thinking and a hypothesis-driven testing mindset
Salary & Benefits
- Location: New York City, NY – Hybrid (4+ days/week in-office, FiDi)
- Salary: $80K–$130K USD
- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available.
